Belarus and Russia signed the construction contract of the first Belarusian nuclear reactor while Fukushima exploded:
ROSATOM – The Builder of Chernobyl RBMK builds the VVER reactor in Ostrovets, Belarus. Here is an overview: “radionuclides content in the soil samples taken at the Ostrovets site is within the following limits:
– Cesium-137 – 1,0 – 2,5 kBq/m2 (0,027 – 0,067 CU/km2)
– Strontium-90 – 0,17 – 0,37 kBq/m2 (0,005 – 0,01 CU/km2)
– Plutonium-238,239,240 – 0,026 – 0,074 kBq/m2 (0,0007 – 0,002 CU/km2)” http://www.wien.gv.at/umweltschutz/bekanntmachungen/pdf/belarus-kurzueberblick.pdf
following radionuclides in the
underground waters is possible:
tritium Cwa.rel (max) = 220 – 510 in 4 – 6 years;
strontium-90 Cwa.rel (max) = 760 – 7600 in 90 – 150 years;
Iodine-129 Cwa.rel (max) = 3,7 – 4.4 in 20 years;
technetium-99 Cwa.rel (max) = 2,9 – 4,5 in 6 – 10 years. http://www.wien.gv.at/umweltschutz/bekanntmachungen/pdf/belarus-ueberblick.pdf
Belarus believes that after 6 to 10 years of construction, the electricity from the nuclear power plant Ostrovets can be sold to the E.U. This is extremely naive.
Neither the construction nor the maintenance nor the operation nor the fuel cycle is self controlled by Belarus. It’s totally owned by Russia and it’s company ROSATOM.
update: New aggreement between ROSATOM and BELARUS, Oct. 11th 2011:
This is the reactor type: http://docs.google.com/viewer?a=v&q=cache:trKxzd3OPuUJ:atomeromu.hu/download/1675/AES%25202006%2520reaktor.pdf+AES-2006+design+reactor&hl=de&gl=de&pid=bl&srcid=ADGEEShuZ1o2mzFCm_Ct7ckD9Q7GHVa8bgg0HiSczPjYEjfTXChDvS5dY8XPfhZzool6BW5tBqHaNdoJwQoGbOtepjK6ImHwLJYqNv1eajLKE06SylZQ4hXV6wvjhYLjcK4eZ2jy4fYw&sig=AHIEtbRrhYZsjEMwNSY-G2F5OFdEWZh8Wg&pli=1
Anti Nuclear in Belarus, SUMMARY: http://vk.com/club25156154
The interest-free loan from Russia in the amount of 2 billion €uro is only a beginning. Exactly from this moment on the hyperinflation began:
Like in Olkiluoto, where AREVA started to build it’s european EPR Reactor in 2005: Costs exploded (the bavarian bank of Germany gave 2 billion €uro and lost it. In 2005: 2 billion €uro, then 3, then 4 and 5 billion €uros), german Company SIEMENS left catastrophe operator AREVA alone, because of this. Now, Finland owns a ruined construction site with an incomplete junk reactor building: http://www.greenpeace.org/international/Global/international/planet-2/report/2009/2/epr-the-french-reactor.pdf other genius actions by AREVA: irradiating state Niger in Africa: http://www.greenpeace.org/international/Global/international/publications/nuclear/2010/AREVA_Niger_report.pdf
NOW Belarus is transforming into a 2nd generation of some kind of Atomic State (Before: Chernobyl, Now: Reactor). Which means everyone who speaks against atomic power is an enemy of the state. New developments are under way: Belarusian officials detain over 450 after rally: http://www.google.com/hostednews/ap/article/ALeqM5ht93_cpV6vNi4Z5PsSGCiTOtxLGQ?docId=e6806b5fd8b240bbae405d2bfd098e74&index=0

After leaving Areva, SIEMENS (web) cooperates with ROSATOM (web) – the russian concern, which started building the first Belarusian atomic reactor. Belarus is the most Chernobyl affected country in the world. Still more than 2 million people are living in contaminated areas there. Russia is also involved in the construction of Iranian atomic reactors. SIEMENS – what have you done? Source HERE - more about the Belarusian reactor HERE
The same costs explosion will happen in Belarus with ROSATOM and Ostrovets
Areva is building six EPR reactors in the earthquake area and nature reserve in India Jaitapur:
The EPR reactor architecture has 3000 safety flaws, according to Le Monde, March 2011 and to this factsheet:
Siemens is now a partner of ROSATOM.

Tell me, is it clever to let ROSATOM build an atomic reactor in Belarus?

Plus: the Ostrovets reator is build in a quake area according to the Kosmo Aero Geology Institute of Belarus / Minsk: http://www.kosmoaerogeology.by/
I and a german group visited them on June 16th 2011. Here are maps of the area:
ROSATOM is interested in working systems? No.
In Iran they wanted money and in Belarus ROSATOM is used by Russia as an instrument to take Belarus as hostage. For the next 6 – 10 years Russia and Belarus officials are going to stop democratic changes in Belarus. They are starting a war against their own people.
But the pupils of Belarus have other ideas: http://www.life-upgrade.com/DATA/Windenergy-Belarus-Luninetz_June2011.rar

Belarus loses his last piece of independence or independence in the perspective. And it’s autonomy will be lost also.

Chernobyl’s Hostages: http://www.rri.kyoto-u.ac.jp/NSRG/en/Novosti.html#Yr9904 – quote “What could they do in that situation? They made the most simplest decision – to return to the contaminated zones. Why? Because it is at least a week guarantee that they will have Chernobyl’s compensations for those remaining. For example, people living in zones of eviction have the right to receive 50 rubles per month (today it is about 2 USD). People working in that zones have rights to receive 300 rubles per month (it is about 12 USD). Taking into account that the average salary in Novozubkovo is 290 rubles per month, it is not difficult to imagine how such little money is important for the people.” More: http://www.rri.kyoto-u.ac.jp/NSRG/en/Novosti.html

How much of the Russian electricity Belarus consumes, where it comes from. Will the Russians build a nuclear power plant in Belarus? TUT.BY-TV shows and interview with the director of the Russian National Energy Security Foundation (Moscow), Konstantin Simonov: http://news.tut.by/economics/233585.html
The IAEA promotes nuclear energy worldwide.
The IAEA is thus promoting the proliferation.
Because also in the “axis of evil states” (quote Bush Administration, USA) like Iran and Belarus, atomic energy programs are starting. The IAEA was in Minsk while the construction contract was signed.
So, the IAEA also delievers the reason to start war.
This is how it works:
- 1st, the 2002 Nuclear Posture Review
- 2nd, the National Security Strategies of 2002
- 3rd, the 2006 National Strategy to Combat Weapons of Mass Destruction
These 3 papers will be used as a reason to start a war.
Plus: The atomic facilities of Iran are underground.
Possible atomic attack against Iran is inevitable:
