ICRP has confirmed in 1966 that natural radiation is harmful! ICRP Publication Number 8 from 1966 on page 60. in relation to the health damage caused by natural radiation for the bulk of the world’s population is a risk of sixth order (1 to 10 dead per million per rad / gray) in a few areas with high natural background radiation the risk fifth order. 10 to 100 dead per million and rad (gray). and in 1977 the ICRP publication number 26 said, that, in this sense, regional differences of the natural radiation are so regarded, that the corresponding differences include the damage. and in the ’80s the natural radiation was simply doubled. and in 2011 it became the twentyfold in japan: 20 mSv/a. Natural radiation is used as an excuse to increase artificial radiation with radionuclides from reactors.

They call that radiation-protection!

1971: the discoverer of plutonium and president of the USAEC Glenn Theodore Seaborg resigns – at the same time the ICRP reduced the additional maximum dose near reactors for the public from 500 mrem/annual (5 mSv/a) to 5 mrem/annual (0,05 mSv/a).

the USAEC “protects” health and advertises nuclear industry at the same time, later renamed in AEC, then renamed in NRC.

Caesium concentrations in the placenta reveal a relationship with nervous system defects in the foetus. The health condition of the population is a disaster but being a physician myself I cannot accept it as hopeless. With all my faith in God and life I appeal to anyone who can influence it: do your best to improve the situation. There is nothing more precious on this planet than life. Clause 12 of the Executive conclusion of the Recommendation of the European Committee for radiation risks declares: “…Total maximal permitted dose from all human-caused sources should not exceed 0.1 mSv for population and 5 mSv for personnel”. Mr.Kimura was an employee of Tepco.He quit it 10 years ago though it took him 3 years.
This is what he told in his speech.



Mr.Kimura was living in 15km west to Fukushima plant.He was at home when 311 happened.It took him 3 weeks to evacuate.The total exposure amount became 20mSv.After evacuation,he had unstoppable
“muddy” nose bleed,and sore throat.It was obviously a low dose symptom. Fukushima plant blasted crucial amount of radiation unlike what the gov told us.Now he is in Kochi.


He tried to quit 10 years ago,being sick of the deception and the lie of Tepco.However,it took him 3 years to quit.


Half life time of Pu is 24,000years,but nuc plant keeps working.He told his boss he can’t torture our descendant.The boss told him ,you are crazy.


He told the boss,you ARE crazy. The boss got mad and told him he should quit.


However,he was troubled to quit because he had an access to their confidential data.Tepco was threatened by his whistle-blowing.


When he was quitting,he was called by vice president and paid addiational 8.5 million yen for his retirement fee.


Iodine131 is produced when it’s in the critical state. The fact that the amount of Iodine 131 is stable proves it’s still in the critical state.
However,Tepco and the gov didn’t admit the fact. Here’s another deception.


Another deception is that 20mSv/y is totally safe.


Especially children and women should avoid rain. Cesium137 tends to be absorbed in muscle,but in case of women,it’s absorbed in uterus and lacteal gland. At least we should avoid breathing it by using double masks (wet one and dry one),and wear a cap because cesium137 is taken from hair too.

NHK television: They detected cesium from rice of Hokotashi Ibaraki. cesium134;23Bq/kg,cesium137;29Bq/kg Total;52Bq/kg. Prof. Dr. Helge Schenk – Country doctor of the Red Cross National Association of Niedersachsen speaks about Chernobyl and Belarus, in the Church of Lüneburg, Germany, on April 28th 2011. He worked a the Nuclear research Center of Karlsruhe (web) and today helps Chernobyl children. He is against the official policy of the IAEA and W.H.O. – who refuse independent studies and only accept 30 deaths in connection with Chernobyl.
