Plutonium (Pu-239), that triggers in micrograms cancer, is produced in each reactor in the fission of uranium, about 250kg per year and reactor.
Radiogases which reactors emit do not disappear.
Instead they become more deadly.
Krypton 89 stays 18,4 seconds (full decay time) and becomes Strontium 89, which stays 500 days.
Krypton 90 stays 323 seconds and delievers Strontium 90 (288 years) via Rubidium 90 (1,580 seconds).
Xenon 137 stays 384 minutes and decays into Cesium 137 (300 years) which becomes stable Barium 137.
Plutonium 241 stays 147 years, becomes Americium 241 which stays 4,000 years and then becomes Neptunium 237, which stays 22 million years.

Half life time means that only half of the radiation has disappeared. You have to multiply the half life time by ten in order to know approximately, when it disappeared from the environment. In the case of Strontium and Cesium that would be 300 years.

WHO is no longer funded by UN, but by sponsors (biotech, genetic engineering, nuclear industry)

IAEA annual budget: 330 million €.

The IAEA ignores cancer, leukemia, diabetes, trisomy 21, all kinds of illness, all kinds of cancer in connection with radiation, especially low radiation.

The IAEA calls it “Radiophobia”.

The present and future victims are perceived as a disturbance to the atomic industry, to the japanese government, to the companies running atomic plants. They are going to end it.

Since the foundation of the IAEA their purpose is: To serve and protect the atomic industry in these five countries: USA, Russia, China, France, Britain.

They also monopolized public health during and after atomic accidents, by the gag contract WHA 12-40 between them and the WHO (1959). IAEA and WHO say: “Panic and fear of radiation is much worse than radiation itself“ The IAEA is undermining the right of expression and legal justice.

The IAEA wants the people make believe, that the main effect of the atomic catastrophe is psychological. This is made in these steps:

- Make the people believe, that because of background radiation every additional radiation is natural, normal, not bad (known as the principle of “substantial equivalence”)

- Tell the people, that Fukushima is not as bad as Chernobyl, and, Chernobyl was a small accident (50 deaths acc. to WHO, 125,000 deaths acc. to Ukrainian health minisry 1993).

- Make the people believe, that any other statement is panic and unobjective (The IAEA uses the word “Radiophobia” for Chernobyl)

- The IAEA recognizes the disease in highly contaminated areas as not in connection with the contamination.

- Make sure that there are no independent measurements, only measurements by the atomic power plant operator, it is also important NOT to show radiation measurements during the TV weather forecasts.

- Make sure that there are no organized measurements at all, for each region, each plant, each city – especially not in the media. Or do reconstrucion on the basis of official data, which are often too low.

- Advise the officals with authentic language.

- Fake research, use faked research: Dr. Rosen (Vice director of the IAEA in 1996) said in 1996 that represent cases of cancer that occur, are a very small part of the millions of cancer cases that will occur anyway. The estimate of Dr. Rosen is a factor of 10 or more too low. Dr. Rosen replaces the number of children cancer illnesses  in the number of cancer illnesses in the elderly. If no result is to be found: False initially selected indicators are used for example, when looking for cancer, choose death rather than disease rates. Dying from cancer takes time, the study must be published before the death occurs. You can also choose the wrong Pathology, and search for diabetes rather than stress. In the end statistically significant differences are not found, so it is difficult to demonstrate phenomena that may be unusual. So it is concluded that there is no relationship between the event and the pathology which was investigated. This way you can advocate nuclear power plants. (quote Prof. Michel Fernex, University of Basel, Switzerland)

- The IAEA denies damage such as leukaemia, which is caused by Chernobyl, so they can continue to talk about  “nuclear safety” to increase their own kind. (quote Dr. Katsumi Furitsu, Osaka Japan)

The main point of the contract between WHO and IAEO: No public information on health problems when could influence the development of nuclear industry.

The period of the symbols has to come to an end.
We must not confuse symbols with reality.
But we do, as we try to convince others.
The general view is that radiation causes cancer.
But somehow everyone thinks he or she is spared.
Bringing radiation and food in connection exists in no way in no thinking.
People accept cancer as a natural cause of death. “It is just us.”
Morals and ethics are missing in kindergartens, schools, universities and corporations, even in families.
I would say, start school projects “how to measure radionuclides in food, stuff, bodies” as a starting point.  I ask back: Where are schools doing this? Nowhere to be seen.

Stochastic effects and children:
There is statistical health damage caused by the so-called low-level radiation (above ZERO up to 500mSv.) That is not assigned to any particular people, but occur in a defined population. This issue is the subject of thousands of studies all over the world since the Chernobyl nuclear disaster, and I will discuss in detail below with reference to examples. Factors such as age, gender, health, immune system, nutrition, social situation and the duration of exposure of the radioactivity influence the onset of cancer and other diseases. Until the Chernobyl disaster, the biological effects in the body of the
radioactive isotopes have been undervalued.

It is now clear: Any radiation poses a risk especially for children who are extremely radiosensitive.

1) A child is constantly increasing in weight and size, it grows from the intrauterine embryo to adult, the younger, the faster. Therefore, the cells divide much more frequently than an adult. Cells in the division phase (mitosis) are more vulnerable to radiation than cells in the resting phase.

2) The ability of the body to recognize “defective” cells and to  eliminate them develops during childhood. An embryo has not yet this ability. Therefore  “defective” cells can multiply unimpeded and later lead to cancer or heritable diseases.

3) A child that grows must hold more substances than emiting them, more than an adult. The body of a child takes in more radioactive substances in food, drink and air we breathe than adults. Especially dangerous are 137 and Cs-134 and 137 and Sr-90 – deposited in the muscles or in the bone (see below).

4) Children have their whole lives ahead of them. Some diseases caused by radiation take a long time to occur (latency): 20 or even 30 years. Children are more likely than older adults to reach the dubious chance to see the end of this latency. In the human body there are about 200 different cell types, each has a different function.

Basically, each cell can respond to injury with four responses:

1) The damage is so severe that the cell dies.

2) The cell can repair the damage (in children see above).

3) The cell loses its ability to produce certain substances, such as in the pancreas gland which can not produce insulin anymore (increase of diabetes in Belarus among children and adults) or other digestive juices during the growth, of the thyroid hormones.

4) The malignant cells degenerate and there is cancer.

It is now clear: Any radiation poses a risk especially for children who are extremely radiosensitive.

The effect of 4 isotopes of iodine -131, Strontium-90, Tritium (H-3) and cesium – 134 / 137 on the human body I will now show more detail, not without pointing out the most toxic isotope, plutonium (Pu-239), that triggers in micrograms cancer. It is produced in each reactor in the fission of uranium, about 250kg per year and reactor.

Endocrinologists from the Heinrich-Heine-University in Düsseldorf and the Belarussian endocrine advice centre in Minsk cooperated on an investigation into the development of diabetes amongst children and young adults in Belarus. Over a lengthy period, 1980 to 2002, the incidence rate (new illness accumulation per annum) of diabetes mellitus Type1 – diabetes with insulin deficiency, mainly amongst young adults – was observed in two areas of Belarus that had been contaminated to very different degrees. Data from the highly contaminated Gomel area was compared with that of the comparatively slightly contaminated area of Minsk, during the periods 1980-1986 and 1987-2002. A total of 643 patients from the Gomel area and 302 patients from the Minsk area were involved in the analysis. In the years 1980-1986 (before Chernobyl) there was no significant difference between the incidence rates in Gomel and Minsk. In contrast to this, for the years following Chernobyl (1987-2002), there was evidence of a significant difference (p<0.001) in the incidence rates of both areas. The authors also discovered that the incidence rate in the Minsk area before and after Chernobyl was not significantly different, but it was in the highly contaminated Gomel area (p<0.05), where annually about twice as many children and young adults developed diabetes mellitus Type 1 after Chernobyl, as compared to the years before Chernobyl. Radiation is not life-friendly. It is a hostile factor. Life has prevailed against this hostile factor. The natural radiation. The beta radiation of strontium has a range of 1 millimeter. No matter where it is installed, it reaches the stem cells with its beta radiation. From the stem cells, everything is made. So the stem cells are bombarded constantly. What are the symptoms? We received the following reports by the children of Chernobyl: Chernobyl AIDS. Symptoms of anemia with decreased number of red blood cells. A therapy resitant anemia.

Vitamins and iron will not help. The ongoing hemorrhage, the bleeding e.g. from the nose. Decreased number of platelets, which are indeed involved in blood clotting. The immune system of children. They are always sick, every little infection “throws them around”. They constantly have colds, infections. And low white blood cells in the blood. This is easily explained: With a Bone marrow suppression: The bone marrow – due to the constant bombardment – and especially because of the accumulation of strontium – lost the ability to compensate.

Radioactivity means selective delivery of energy. On the molecules in our body. They are tiny pinholes in the shortest possible time. But with full force. We are constantly exposed to such radiation damage each second. Every second. Permanenent.And life could not exist and the information of Life could not be passed on, if we have not developed effective repair mechanisms. But the repair mechanisms are very complex and it takes time. The shorter the life cycle of a cell, the less time remains for the repair. This explains why children with rapidly growing tissue, with rapidly dividing cells – are particularly sensitive to radiation. Mitosis.

With more than 20 years experience, we can sum up what we have learnt about protecting local populations from radiation: children living in highly contaminated areas, who are eating food that is
highly contaminated by radionuclides, need constant radioprotection. The work that has been done by the Belrad Institute in the Narovlya district of the Gomel region, provides a good example of this.
The children received 45 cycles of radioprotection treatment consisting of 45 pectin cures and 810 WBC measurements (Whole Body Count measured with a radiospectrometer before and after the intake of pectin preparation).

After each measurement, staff from the Belrad Institute for Radiation Safety held meetings with parents and teachers to examine the results. The use of milk separators which are able to reduce radioactivity in milk 68 fold.

The WBC measurements of children in those families demonstrated that levels of accumulation were decreased 3 to 4 fold.

Practical education is necessary in order to develop cooking skills and radiological knowledge.

The children should be sent for recuperation in uncontaminated regions as often as twice a year, and the entire programme of radiological protection should be made available to them.

The large scope of the work required the collation and evaluation of all the data received, which was then combined to produce a document called “A Radioecological Atlas: Man and Radiation”.

Later on the atlas was extended to include the results of measurements taken between 2008 and 2011. The projects “ATLAS2” and “Prompt Radiological Assistance for the Children of the Chernobyl Zone of Belarus” were a logical continuation of the original ATLAS project. The purpose was to update the Radioecological
atlas with the new data, and provide comprehensive and prompt assistance in those settlements where an adverse radiological situation was discovered in the course of radiation monitoring. It should also be mentioned that the ATLAS was subsequently extended by including the data received as a result of activities carried out as part of other projects and work carried out by the BELRAD Institute. Today the ATLAS presents a systematic analysis of the results of more than 300, 000 measurements.
We are well aware that our work is just a small part of what needs to be done, and that positive results can only be achieved by using a whole series of protective measures. These include: monitoring of radiation in the environment, food, and population; medical examinations; administrative measures; rehabilitation of contaminated areas; the application of modern methods in agriculture and forestry; education; the use of radioprotectors (adsorbants) for the quick elimination of radionuclides from the bodies of people, dairy and beef cattle and so on.

In the last few years we have often heard the opinion that the interest in Chernobyl is diminishing. In 2011 this interest like the interest in the problems of nuclear energy increased unusually. To my mind there are several reasons for this. Twenty five years after the Chernobyl accident, the accident at the Fukushima nuclear power plant in Japan and rethinking about the problems of nuclear energy. Now it is time to solve the problem of the future prospects of nuclear power plants.

Twenty five years is a period allowing the following conclusions: what have we learned during this time, what moral have people drawn from the Chernobyl accident? To my mind the first conclusion is disappointing. The Chernobyl accident demonstrated nothing to mankind. Chernobyl and Fukushima – the same problems, the same mistakes. Once it seemed that the main reason for such difficult consequences was the political regime existing in the USSR. Japan: another political regime, another natural environment, another culture and traditions. But the mistakes are the same. The main mistake is an attempt to hide the information about the real scale of the radiation accident, to minimize its consequences and to distort the real state of things.

After the accident at the Fukushima power plant it was clear that the population of Japan had not enough knowledge about radiation, no documents, no instructions regulating people’s behavior in case of a radiation accident, no literature and reference materials that could help to clarify the situation and to take simple steps for radioprotection. That is why the Japanese show interest in the Belarusian experience in minimization of the consequences of the Chernobyl accident. From here there appeared the interest in the book “How to Protect Yourself and Your Child from Radiation” that was translated into Japanese and published in Japan.
There exist problems resulting from the Chernobyl accident in our country and they will exist in our country for a long time. The people living in the districts contaminated by Chernobyl radionuclides
should constantly learn how to protect themselves from the radiation impact, should learn to live under conditions of radioactive contamination of the territory and to help themselves and their relatives to minimize the Chernobyl impact.

The necessity to set in place permanent radiation monitoring of people and the annual dose of 0.1 mSv serve as a starting point for undertaking radiation protection measures. Clause 12 of the Executive conclusion of the Recommendation of the European Committee for radiation risks declares: “…Total maximal permitted dose from all humancaused sources should not exceed 0.1 mSv for population and 5 mSv for personnel”. This publication is declared by the European Committee for radiation risks as “regulating”. It is only common sense that we should follow the recommendations given in this publication by the scientists from Canada, Norway, Great Britain, Denmark, Switzerland, the USA, Ireland, Sweden, Germany, France, India, Belarus, Finland and Russia.

ONLY 7 (seven!) mSv destroy cell membranes if you use a dose rate of 0,01 mSv per minute. IF YOU use a dose rate of 260 (!) mSv per minute you have to wait until 35,000 (35 thousand!) mSv are reached! This is 5,000 times more energy! Although the first dose is low and slow This means: Slow and low doses are (over the years) MORE DANGEROUS than high doses!

Juri Dubrova created children DNA fingerprints and compared their data with the DNA profile of British children who had lived on non irradiated region. Published in 1990 by Martin Gardner and Eve Roman, a study in which they examined the fathers of children with leukemia. Louise Parker in 1999 published a paper in which she examined primarily stillbirth in the “radiation workers” who work in a nuclear plant. She registered 9,208 births – among them were 130 stillbirths. The result of Parker’s study is appalling: When “producers” were irradiated 24 percent more stillbirths occured than of non-irradiated. Fernex – Don’t you think that during 15 years, the majority of Caesium is internal?

Gentner (UNSCEAR)– No. It’s not internal. Are you talking about the external exposure that people receive?

Fernex – I am speaking of the internal one, which they receive through food in very large population.

But to simply say that these things have occurred following the accident, and to infer from that a blind acceptance that they are radiation related, doesn’t allow the public health authorities of these countries to serve their people.

If the food you EAT contains 1 becquerel of let’s say Cesium 137 – it’s not safe. You eat many times a day, many days a week, a month, a year, a whole LIFE. And the Full Decay Time of Cesium 137 is 300 years -> 10 HUMAN GENERATIONS – and it’s coming from every reactor, each second. That’s what we are talking about, if we say “the food is safe, it’s below the limit” – it means YOU EAT and YOU STORE it in your BODY. Becquerel after Becquerel. ALL THE TIME. After years you have hundreds and thousands of Becquerel in your body. This is not known, because Whole Body Counters for Internal Radionuclide Measurments are not as common as CT or X-Ray machines.

Cesium 137 decays into Barium – blocking the Receptors. And it sends out Gamma + Beta, destroying 100% on the cellular level. 1 becquerel = 100 % damage. ALWAYS.Mitosis: The cell in the child is damaged: Cell wants to repair, can’t, because it divides to fast (Children grow), so we have 2 damaged cells, and so on, and so on -> Cancer latency of children is very very short. But as always Doctors, Health Organisations and Authorities and even Parents blame everything else. The Atomic Industry gets away. More cancer = More profit.
